Event
Express is the first hotel reservations company that is totally
dedicated to the needs of the Exhibition and Events market. We aim to provide
the complete accommodation solution for everyone involved in both the running
of the event and all exhibitors, visitors and delegates attending.
For
Organisers
We
will arrange deeply discounted, and sometimes complimentary accommodation
at the closest and most suitable hotel to the exhibition centre for the
organising team. We will also work closely with the organisers to ensure
that all booking forms, web inserts and promotional material are delivered
on time. Web links can also be established in order to create a portfolio
of rates that can only be accessed through the exhibition site.
For
Exhibitors
Allocations
and discounted rates will be negotiated at hotels close to the exhibition
or event. These will then be featured on a comprehensive booking form produced
in accordance with the requirements of the organiser. We will confirm reservations
to both exhibitors and hotels with details of the hotel booked.
Event Express is aware that the hotel element is a large
proportion of exhibitor’s costs and therefore seeks to maximise value on
their behalf.
For
Visitors
A
selection of hotels will be made available for visitors and delegations
visiting an exhibition. With a different profile from exhibitors
we will often select hotels in a city centre so that visitors may enjoy
theatre, shopping and other attractions along with visiting the show.
For
Contractors
Event
Express will negotiate discounted prices at a wide range of competitively priced accommodation
that will encompass build up, show and break down periods. Many contractors
don’t book hotels because of the conception that hotels are beyond their
budget. We will provide the complete solution and ensure that contractors
are able to enjoy comfortable, conveniently located accommodation at affordable
prices.
